WHO WE ARE
Lee & Co Construction is a husband + wife team who build and remodel homes with intention. We are proudly hands-on and involved in every project.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Bill is the general contractor. Quality craftsmanship is extremely important to him and his knowledge of construction runs deep. Known for his hands-on approach, he can be found “in the trenches” not only overseeing day-to-day activity, but often times right there with nail bags on swinging a hammer.
Bridget focuses on client relationships and helps with project management. Organization is key and she brings all parties together for a project's success with clear lines of communication. With a background in design, she also offers interior design services and has a passion for bringing a client’s dream home to life.
We're not aiming to be the cheapest bid, we are aiming to be the best value. That means realistic numbers, high-quality work, and a positive, trust-worthy experience for our clients.
Fun fact: We are both third generation contractors, we live and breathe this stuff!
Previously known as Tri-Lee Homes, we re-branded to Lee & Co in 2024 as the business changed hands from father to son and transitioned to a LLC. Lee & Co Construction is a division of Lee & Co Properties LLC.
WHAT SETS US APART
As a husband and wife team, we’re able to deliver on every aspect of a project. When we go to bed at night, we are likely still "talking shop”. We also take on renovation and development projects of our own,
so we understand a client’s mindset and the importance of budget + timeline.
As a contractor, we focus on a limited number of projects every year so we can give each project the attention it deserves. This business approach is intentional, as we firmly believe in quality over quantity.
